Texas i signed my rights away to my two children and i regret it when i signed them away i had really bad post pardum depression and i wasn’t really thinking. now i want my children back one of the children he only has guardianship to because she is not biologically his and i want to know if i could get either of them back. if there was anything i could do to get them back.

A Division Bench of the Bombay High Court has ruled in Messer Holdings Limited v. Shyam Madanmohan Ruia that a private arrangement between shareholders of a public limited company on a voluntary basis relating to share transfer restrictions (right of first refusal) is not violative of Section 111A of the Companies Act, 1956.

AFP – A Bahamas judge on Monday dismissed charges against two alleged extortionists, halting a planned retrial in a 25-million-dollar case that involved the death of US actor John Travolta’s son, court sources said. i am based in London i have been working for a company for 2 years and for a period of time i was a full time member of staff, i them became a supply member of staff and the company carried on paying me as a full-time member this was not noticed by myself or the company and when they saw there discrepancy the withheld 2 months wages without informing me. i have agreed to pay the money back at £100 per month which they agreed.

I have a history of depression and about 10 years ago when my 1′st husband left and my mother died unexpectedly shortly after, I attempted suicide by taking pills…because my small children were home with me, DCF got involved and advised my husband(separated) to try to take parental rights away from me because i was hospitalized for severe depression on more than 1 occasion during a 3 year period…after approx.

Section 111A of the Companies Act, 1956, is perhaps the most significant unresolved controversy in contemporary Indian corporate law. The blog noted today that a Division Bench of the Bombay High Court (Messer Holdings) has held that a private arrangement between shareholders conferring a right of first refusal is not contrary to s. 111A of the Companies Act.

Aditya Singh and Jonathan Gingerich, Student Empirical Research Fellows at the Harvard Law School Program on the Legal Profession are conducting empirical research on the prevalence and causes of academic misconduct by students in Indian law schools, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the forms of student evaluation that law schools currently use. They hope to assist law schools in India in developing better methods of testing and evaluating students. As part of this study, they are surveying law students from a number of Indian law schools.

Another thing to consider is that if you’re shooting JPEG and your settings aren’t quite right (white balance is off, it’s a little over-exposed, etc) you’re going to lose quality when you correct these things. The very first time I went out shooting RAW, I had a beautiful shot that was ruined because it was almost completely blown
